Here are the rules:

The Fall Challenge will run October 12 – November 22,  2011.

• Attend at least 4 weekly weigh-ins with us Wednesdays,  7pm – 8pm at 1612 Marion St, Suite 217, Columbia, SC, 29201
• You must attend the 1st weigh-in Wednesday, October 12th
• You must attend the last weigh-in Tuesday, November 22nd (5:30pm – 6:30pm)

Here are the prizes:

WHAT YOU GET:

• Basic shampoo and styling from Pynk Signature Salon and Spa (at Fit and Fab Reveal party. Date TBD)
• Before and After photo shoot
• Fit & Fab t-shirt

Participant who loses the most weight (percentage of weight) will get:

• Spa and salon services (manicure, pedicure, 30-minute massage, hair styling, facial and makeup application from Pynk Signature Salon and Spa) ($300 Value)
• Wardrobe consulting from Brian Maynor ($100 Value)

“Fit & Fab SC” is all about getting fit and fabulous!  The Fall Challenge is a fitness health challenge that encourages creating a healthy lifestyle while maintaining a fabulous appearance.  The challenge is to exercise consistently and eat better, thus being FIT!  We’ve also partnered with the best in beauty to help you also get FAB!  Now is the time to be your best, FIT & FAB SC!

Participants have the option to work out at their own gym or with one of our suggested trainers.  However, all participants are required to attend weekly weigh-in sessions to track progress.
