In the spirit of the empowerment of women, we hosted our first of many women’s self defense classes given by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday, February 27, 2010. The class was free, but spots were limited and registration was required. The session began at 3:00pm and last until 6:30pm. For more information visit the RCSD website:
