In the spirit of the empowerment of women, we will be hosting our first of many women's self defense classes given by the Richland County Sheriff's Department on Saturday, February 27, 2010. The class is free, but spots are limited and registration is required. The session will begin at 3:00pm and last until 6:30pm. For more information visit the RCSD website:
